Ikano Bank UK has again been shortlisted for two awards at The Card & Payments Awards 2014 - the credit and store card industry awards.

In the first category, Best Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme, the UK's Cheese Matters initiative has been shortlisted alongside an American Express community initiative. Cheese Matters is an education programme that teaches children about how to manage money and take responsibility for financial decisions.

In Nottingham, Ikano has partnered with two other large companies: Capital One (credit cards) and Eversheds (legal company) to deliver these modules using co-worker volunteers.

The second category, Best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Programme, sees Ikano Bank and its retail partner Karen Millen shortlisted for Ikano’s work to turn data into valuable, actionable insight for the retail brand. Other brands shortlisted for awards include the likes of Barclaycard, Santander UK, Pay Pal and EE.

The award winners will be announced on 6 February 2014 at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
